Franui-Inspired Raspberry, White Chocolate, and Ruby Chocolate Delights

Dessert

We're continuing our Franui recipes and this round, we’re aiming for sweet and spicy combination: raspberries with a white chocolate covering and a ruby chocolate final addition. Everything made from scratch and simple to create :) These small delights are perfect for pulling out of the freezer when we want a speedy snack!

Ingredients

  • 4.5 oz raspberries
  • 5.2 oz white pastry chocolate
  • 5.2 oz ruby chocolate

Materials

  • Wooden picks
  • Parchment paper

Preparation

  • Step 1:

Place raspberries in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before use. *If you freeze them for longer, remember to space them out.

  • Step 2:

Melt the white chocolate. * You can melt it in the microwave (2 x 30 seconds) or in a water bath. Pierce a raspberry with a wooden pick and dip into the white chocolate.

  • Step 3:

Put the covered raspberry onto a dish or piece of baking paper, and do the same for all others. Freeze them for a minimum of 10 minutes.

  • Step 4:

Heat up the ruby chocolate either using a microwave or a water bath. Pierce a raspberry with a wooden skewer and then submerge it into the melted ruby chocolate.

  • Step 5:

Position the sugared raspberry on a piece of parchment paper and repeat this process with all the raspberries. Freeze them for a minimum of 10 minutes.

  • Step 6:

    And now it's ready!
