Ingredients

  • 3 pita breads
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 6 slices of smoked salmon
  • 10 ounces of cream cheese (300 grams)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • cherry tomatoes

Preparation

  • Step 1:

    Cut the pita bread into two halves. Place one piece onto the serving dish, then smear a small amount of cream cheese over it.

  • Step 2:

    Remove the skin from the cucumber and cut it into very thin slices. Place several of these slices onto the pita bread.

  • Step 3:

    Next, add a slice of smoked salmon. Then continue by topping with another half of the pita bread, followed by a layer of cream cheese, cucumber slices, and more smoked salmon.

  • Step 4:

    After placing your final piece of pita bread, evenly spread the leftover cream cheese over the top. Ensure none of the ingredients are visible on the surface.

  • Step 5:

    Slice the chives in two, then place them around the cake.

  • Step 6:

    Liven up your dish with cucumber rounds and cherry tomatoes. Feel free to include thinly sliced radishes, alfalfa sprouts, or any additional touches you fancy!
