This easy and delicious recipe is vegan and gluten-free, perfect for those with lactose and egg intolerances. It's ideal for vegans and non-vegans alike! You won't find a more chocolatey recipe! Just mix the ingredients and cook for 1 minute in the microwave!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (70 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder (20g)
  • 1 tablespoon of agave nectar (or honey) (15 grams)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 smidgen of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Materials

  • Mixer or blender

Preparation

  • Step 1:

    Put all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) in the mixer and blend.

  • Step 2:

    Transfer the liquid into a mug and scatter some chocolate chips over it.

  • Step 3:

    Heat up the mug cake in the microwave for one minute using maximum power.

  • Step 4:

    There you go! It’s perfect served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or topped with some whipped cream :)
